Important Information – Doctor’s Visit Card for Children Under 8 (resident inIreland)

We wish to remind all families that children under 8 years of age are entitled to a Doctors Visit Card.

The card provides free GP visits for eligible children up to their 8 th birthday.

If your child is under 8 and does not already have a Doctors Visit Card, we encourage you to apply.

The application process is free and can be completed online.

How to Apply:

• Visit the HSE website and complete online application form

• You will need your PPS Number, your child’s PPS number

• Once approved, the card will be issued for your child’s use up to their 8 th Birthday
